It is so delicate it is best eaten the moment it is made. In no time at all, that delicate green has aged, so make enough to eat, then eat it all. I have made this recipe for 35 years and is the BEST guacamole ever!

Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped (small)
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Mash avocados in a small bowl.

Stir in lime juice, salt and pepper.

Stir in onion, cilantro and tomatoes.

Mix well and serve immediately.
