Oven Fried Pork Chops 3 Recipe

  • 4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cornbread or herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
Trim fat from meat. Pour butter into a 9x13 pan. Combine egg, milk and pepper. Dip chops into egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place in pan. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Turn chops. Bake 10 minutes longer or until no pink remains and juices run clear.
