Some of the key temperatures desired for Wine include as follows: 40º F / 4.4ºC for Chardonnay; 45ºF / 7.2ºC for Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Champagne; and 65ºF / 18.3ºC for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
