Panettone Paper Mold
Round, fairly large and quite durable, this paper mold serves as a baking container for making Panettone or Brioche breads. Common in use for baking breads with high sides that need to be somewhat uniform around the outer edge, a Paper Mold is a good way to keep the shape of the bread uniform. A typical mold for a Panettone will be approximately 6 to 7 inches in diameter and 4 or more inches high. Oven safe up to 400ºF to 450ºF (check the package label for specifications), the Panettone Paper Molds may be made with a plain outer coloring or with a somewhat festive appearing design so it can be kept on the bread as a decorative covering for holiday events, which is typical of the Panettone bread served for Christmas.
