Rambol Cheese  
A French processed cheese, made from cow's milk that is combined with other ingredients typical of processed cheese such as emulsifiers, stabilizers, and vegetable-based gums. Soft and spreadable, Rambol cheese has a very mild flavor with a creamy texture. There are several varieties produced such as a smoked version or a spicier version seasoned with black pepper. Considered as a brie cheese, this cheese can be served as an appetizer with crackers or fruits.
