Electric Griddle  
A tabletop griddle that uses an electric element as its heat source. They contain a large flat cooking surface and generally have a ridge around the outside edge to catch grease or juices from the food as it cooks. The cooking surface is often a non-stick material. The electric griddle provides a large cooking surface that you may not have with your stovetop cookware. Electric griddles generally have an adjustable heat control so they can be used for cooking food or keeping food warm.
