Rosa Marina Pasta  
A rice-shaped extracted wheat flour pasta that is very similar in appearance and taste to orzo. Orzo pasta may be slightly plumper, but can be a good substitute for Rosa marina when necessary. Rosa marina and orzo are generally considered to be the same pasta and both go well in main dishes, side dishes, soups, or stews. This pasta may also be referred to as Rosamaria, Rosa Maria or Rosamarina.
