Sirloin Steak
 
A cut of beef obtained from various portions of the cow, but especially from the loin. Examples of beefsteaks are sirloin, T-bone, club, and porterhouse. Steaks can be cut in varying thicknesses, but are usually an inch or less in thickness and are delicious when grilled, fried, or broiled.
