| | Directions | | Heat 1 T. oil in large skillet; add onion and sauté until golden. Remove to 3-qt. casserole dish. Add remaining oil to skillet; add chicken and brown on all sides. Put chicken in casserole with next 3 ingredients. Add soup and curry powder to drippings in skillet and heat, scraping up brown bits. Pour over contents of casserole, cover and bake in 425° oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings. |
