CHICKEN SULTANA - Recipe

Directions
Heat 1 T. oil in large skillet; add onion and sauté until golden. Remove to 3-qt. casserole dish. Add remaining oil to skillet; add chicken and brown on all sides. Put chicken in casserole with next 3 ingredients. Add soup and curry powder to drippings in skillet and heat, scraping up brown bits. Pour over contents of casserole, cover and bake in 425° oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings.

-1 onion, chopped (medium)
-1 broiler-fryer, 3 lbs cut up
-1/2 cup raisins
-1/2 cup flaked coconut
-1 unpeeled medium apple, diced
-1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 ounce can)
-1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
