Ravioli and Sausage Lasagna - Recipe

Directions
Remove sausage from casing and break up as it browns. Stir in basil and peppers. Spread one cup of marina sauce in the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish. Top with a layer of 12 ravioli, then sausage, mozzarella cheese, remaining sauce and finally top with remaining ravioli. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375°. Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

Can be made with frozen ravioli with no change in cooking time.

-12 ounces Italian Sausage
-1 jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped (7 ounce jar)
-1 teaspoon dried basil or 1 T fresh
-1 jar Marina Sauce (26 ounce jar)
-1 package large frozen square cheese ravioli, thawed (30 ounce package)
-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
