| | Directions | | In a self-sealing plastic bag, combine marinade ingredients. Add pork chops to bag, seal and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight. Remove chops from marinade and grill directly over medium-hot coals for 12 to 16 minutes, turning once. Pork chops should be cooked to medium doneness of 160°. Thick chops will have a slight blush of pink in the center. |
