| Directions | Butter the casserole dish. Add beef stew meat to the buttered dish. Add the cream of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of water and mix with beef stew meat. Cover casserole dish and bake at 250 for 2 1/2 hours. Can be served over mashed potatoes or white rice. |
