| | Directions | | Mix cooking oil and flour together stirring constantly, add chili powder, tomato sauce and salt; add water to desired thickness. Set sauce aside. Cook 1 lb. ground beef and set aside. Warm up corn tortillas in microwave; put about 2 tablespoons of cooked ground beef, shredded cheese and chopped onions. Roll up and place in a baking dish. Pour sauce on top of enchilada and top with more cheese. Bake at 350 for about 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
