| Directions | Pre-bake unpricked pie crust on preheated cookie sheet in a 450° oven for 6 minutes. Remove pie crust and reduce oven to 325°. Crumble and brown sausage, drain well. Combine eggs, milk, sausage, cheese and chilies. Turn into partially baked pastry shell. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, cut and serve. |
