| | Directions | | Brown ground beef and drain. Add salt, pepper, onion, taco seasoning, rotel, olives, beans and rice. Simmer. Wrap mixture inside tortilla with a bit of cheese and place in large casserole dish. Repeat until casserole dish is full and pour remaining mixture over the top of the tortillas and cover with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350° until the cheese is melted. |
