Baked Ziti with Fresh Tomatoes - Recipe

Directions
In Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes, salt, basil and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook ziti according to package directions; drain. Stir in sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Transfer to a greased 3-quart baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Uncover, bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through.

-1 shredded mozzarella cheese, divided (2 cups 8 ounce )
-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
