| | Directions | | In small bowl combine all seasonings and cornstarch. Rub over pork chops. In large resealable plastic bag, combine barbecue sauce and lemon juice; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Discard marinade. If grilling pork chops, coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting grill. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat or broil 6 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. |
