Prepare pasta by directions on box. Mince garlic in food processor. Add goat cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and half the spinach leaves. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside. Place remaining spinach in large bowl. Spoon pasta on top of spinach leaves in bowl. Scrape cheese and spinach mixture over pasta and toss to coat, adding some of the reserved water/liquid to moisten.
-1 pound whole wheat pasta
-2 ounces goat cheese
-3/4 teaspoon salt
-6 ounces fresh baby spinach
-3 cloves garlic
-1 ounce cream cheese
-1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
-2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
-1 cup liquid/water
