| | Directions | | Melt margarine in a skillet on medium high heat. Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic 3 minutes. Add remaining scampi ingredients and stir 3 minutes. Add fettuccine, toss and heat thoroughly. I usually serve with garlic bread. |
