| | Directions | | Boil lasagna noodles, until soft. Drain water off of spinach and mix with italian sausage, egg, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, basil, and ricotta cheese. Roll 1/2 C. of filling in lasagna noodles. Pour 2 - 16 oz jars alfredo sauce into deep baking pan. Lay rolls into alfredo sauce. Pour 1 can pizza sauce or marinara sauce over rolls. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350. |
