| Directions | Mix flour, salt & pepper. Dredge meat in flour mixture and brown SLOWLY in hot oil 20-30 min. Add broth. Cover and simmer, do not boil, for 30 min. Place potatoes and onions over meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook 35 min. Serves 4 |
