| | Directions | | Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. While chicken is cooking combine the rest of the ingredients except the rice in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake another 20 minutes. Serve over rice. |
