Prepare Phyllo Dough crusts: Thaw Phyllo dough in refrigerator. Use 10 layers, brushed with melted butter between each layer. Cut into squares to fit small cupcake pan holes.
Prepare filling: In skillet, cook sausage until fully cooked and crumbled. Add cheese; stir until melted and fully incorporated. Add ranch dressing; stir until fully incorporated. Adjust quantities of cheese and ranch dressing to taste and desired consistency (should be like a very thick sauce, not drippy). Drop scant tablespoon in each prepared crust in cupcake pan. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; cool about 5 minutes. Serve on platter.
