| | Directions | | Fry hamburger, add one can of beans and taco seasoning, stir until mixed. Remove from heat. Prepare corn muffin mix according to directions, adding one egg and milk. Pour hamburger mix into a casserole dish, add layer of cheese (can be shredded or sliced). Top off with corn muffin mix, spread evenly over the top. Bake in oven at 350 for approximately 18 - 20 minutes. |
