| | Directions | | Boil 1/2 ham for 10 minutes, then simmer until tender adding 1/2 C. sugar to water. Skin and cover fat side with brown sugar patting it in well. Put in roaster and baste often with mixture of vinegar, water, mustard, and ground cloves. |
