Combine everything and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or longer until knife comes out clean, or brown and crusty. Here is an excellent breakfast egg bake recipe. I usually make it the night before, refrigerate overnight and add the cheese in the morning before putting it in the oven. This is even good warmed up for 1 or 2 days after, IF there is any left the first time around. |
