Directions
Put onion in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Place pork on top.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pork.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Remove meat from crock pot. Using two forks, shred meat. Add enough reserved cooking juices to keep meat moist.

Serve meat on nachos or on a toasted bun with your favorite barbecue sauce.
