| | Directions | | Boil cabbage until slightly tender, separating leaves; then drain. Stir together ground beef (raw), onion,sage,salt, pepper, cooked rice and 3 tablespoons tomato paste. Fill each cabbage leaf with this mixture, rolling or folding the leaves over and placing in a baking dish, seam side down. Then combine sauce ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. Bake for 3 to 4 hours at 350°. |
