| | Directions | | Thinly slice meat and tenderized. Soak meat slices in milk for 30 minutes. Remove meat from milk one slice at a time, and batter each side in flour. Pour oil in a large skillet, turn heat on low. Fry floured meat slices slowly, turning as needed, until golden brown. Remove meat from skillet and using left over meat grease, sauté chopped onions. Drain onions and serve over meat. |
