Orange Glazed Pork Chops - Recipe

Thick cut pork chops are pan seared and topped with an orange and brown sugar glaze. The perfect topping to a pork chop.

Orange Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
Directions
In a large heavy skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil.

Drain off excess fat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, combine orange juice, brown sugar, marmalade and vinegar. Pour over pork chops and cover. Simmer for 35-45 minutes, or until pork chops are tender and glazed.

Remove pork chops to a warm platter and spoon sauce over pork chops.

NOTE: Serve pork chops with steamed rice or small red garlic potatoes.
