Stuffed Zucchini/ Vegetables - Recipe

Cook zucchini in boiling salted water in a large skilled for 10 minutes. rain, scoop out insides, leaving a 1/4 inch shell. Mash insides, drain well. Put shells in shallow baking dish.

-1/2 pound hot Italian sausage
-1 onion, chopped, appx. 1/4 cup (small)
-1 clove garlic, crushed
-1/3 cup d Italian bread crumbs
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/4 pound mozzarella, shredded
