| | Directions | | Set oven to 425°. Place margarine in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Place pan in the oven about 3 minutes or until margarine melts. Stir together egg and milk. Dip pork chops in egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place chops on top of melted margarine in pan. Bake 20 minutes. Turn and bake 10 to 15 minutes more. |
