Creamy White Chilli - Recipe

Directions

Cook chicken and onion and garlic till chicken is done. Add the drained beans, broth, chilies and spices. Cook for 20 mins. on low.

1 C. sour cream

1/2 C. heavy cream (I use Half and Half).

Mix these together and pour into the pot of chicken mixture while it is hot. Stir till mixed well and if needed use a whisk. Can be served over rice.

Ingredients
-		2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-		2 cans navy beans (drained) or northern beans
-		1 can chicken broth
-		2 cans green chilies (4 ounce cans)
-		1 onion (chopped) (medium)
-		1 teaspoon minced garlic
-		1/2 teaspoon oregano
-		1 pound chicken breasts (cut into bite size pieces)
-		1 teaspoon Salt
-		1/2 teaspoon black pepper
