| | Directions | | Combine chicken, onion, garlic, green onion, tomato and salt and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Heat pot over medium heat and then add oil and curry. Cook curry until brown. Add chicken mixture to pot. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add water and cook for 15 minutes more or until chicken is cooked. Serve over rice. |
