| Directions | Cook onions & mushrooms in Italian dressing in large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, cool. Combine meat, 1/4 C. ketchup, stuffing mix, water, egg whites, and onion/mushroom mix. Mix well. Place the meat mixture in 9X13 baking dish. Shape into a 10X5 oval loaf. Spread with the remaining 1/2 C. ketchup. Bake 1 hour at 375° or until cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 2 more minutes until cheese is melted. |
