Directions
In non stick skillet or wok, heat oil. Add shrimp, cook over medium high heat, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add vegetables, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce and lemon juice. Cook, stirring, until shrimp and vegetables are cooked for 1-2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
