| | Directions | | Place ribs in a roasting pan and cover with lightly salted water. Bring to a boil in the oven then simmer for 1 hour. Drain the water off the ribs and put in a Tupperware container. Cover with sauce and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Sauce: Cook onion and garlic in butter over medium heat until tender. In a blender combine water, ketchup, vinegar, BBQ sauce, and lemon juice. Blend. Add onions and garlic and puree. Pour into sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper. Grill ribs for 10-20 minutes, turning and basting until browned. Or Broil ribs until browned on both sides. |
