This seasoning is perfect for your beef or chicken fajitas. No more store bought stuff where you don't know what's in it. There's a smoky flavor from the cumin and a hint of spice from the cayenne.

Mix and store fajita seasoning in an air tight container.

To make fajitas, brown chicken or beef in olive oil until done. Add vegetables to meat along with 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning.
