| | Directions | | Combine rice and vermicelli with ground beef and beaten egg. Shape into small meatballs (about 20). Put a little oil in the bottom of a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Combine contents of flavor packet with water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Thicken gravy with cornstarch if desired. |
