| Directions | Heat oven to 400°. Grease 8-inch square glass baking dish. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat until cooked. Drain. Add tomatoes, corn, water and taco seasoning mix; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour into greased baking dish. In small bowl, combine cornmeal mix, milk, oil, and egg; blend well. Stir in cheese. Pour batter over ground beef mixture in baking dish. Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden brown. |
