| | Directions | | To the ground meat, add crumbs, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper. Mix and make into balls and saut in skillet. Make a rich tomato sauce, including garlic, green pepper and cayenne. Cook until well blended. Pour the sauce over the meat balls and simmer 15 minutes. Arrange balls on hot platter, pour sauce over grate more cheese over the top and serve. |
