Cover the table with multiple thicknesses of newspapers, with extra newspapers at the center. Can also place plastic under newspapers to cover table top. In an enormous cooking pot bring half a potful of water to a boil. Add the shrimp boil spices and salt and boil for 5 minutes, or longer if you want to make the house smell fragrant. Cut the Kielbasa pieces into the boiling water and boil for 20 minutes. Add red potatoes and boil for 10 minutes. Next add corn to the pot and boil for 5 minutes. Add the green beans and shrimp. Cook for three minutes or until all shrimp have turned pink. Drain the meats and vegetables in a large colander, remove the spice bag and dump the food into a heap in the middle of the table. Eat with gusto using hands. clean up by rolling up the newspapers. Serves 4 to 6. Very fun!

-1 package shrimp boil spices. (Can use 1/2 of bag for milder flavor) (3 ounce bag)
- Water
-2 teaspoons salt
-1 ring light Kielbasa
-8 ears of corn on the cob
-4 handfuls of green beans
-2 pounds unshelled uncooked shrimp
-2 pounds small red potatoes
