Brown meat & onion. Drain off grease. Add all ingredients except tortillas. Alternate layers of tortillas and meat mixture in 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
We like it either hot or cold.

1 1/2 pounds hamburger

1 can enchilada sauce (I have used red & green; we like green best.) (10 ounce can)

1 can peppers (small can)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 package tortillas (Either kind, I like flour.)

1 can sliced olives

1 can cheddar cheese soup
