| | Directions | | Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until tender; add white wine and allow to completely dissolve. Add tomatoes and spices; simmer 1 hour. Boil angel hair pasta according to pkg. directions; drain. Add to pasta sauce and toss. Top with cheese. |
