| | Directions | | Sauté celery and onion in 3 or 4 T. vegetable oil. Brown pork chops in pan that you browned celery and onions in. Melt peanut butter in skillet - add GOLDEN mushroom soup and 2 cans of water. Add pepper and small amount of salt (soup is salty - use salt sparingly). Put everything in a crock pot and simmer on low, 6 hours, til tender. OR put everything in a rectangular pan and cover with foil..Bake at 325° for 2 hours. |
