| | Directions | | In a large bag, add flour which has been seasoned with pepper. Add the cubed pork and shake to dust. Turn into a pot of hot oil to brown meat. Pour in V8 and add all vegetables except the peas. Cover and simmer at least 1 hour until meat and vegetables are tender. Add peas and cook an additional 10 minutes. |
