| | Directions | | Salt and pepper cube steak. Roll in flour. Heat oil in a large skillet; add steak slowly and brown on both sides. Remove from oil. Add 1/3 cup flour into pan and stir constantly until brown. Stir in approximately 1 cup water and continue stirring until thickened. Return steak to gravy and simmer for about 45 minutes. Great with mashed potatoes or rice. |
