Directions
Cook and stir pork sausage in Dutch oven until brown; drain. Stir in rice, milk, celery, green pepper, onion, soup and mushrooms. Pour into un-greased 2 quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Cook uncovered in 350° oven until center is bubbly, about 45 minutes. 4 servings.

-2 cups cooked rice
-3/4 cup Milk
-1 stalk celery - chopped
-1/3 cup green pepper - chopped
-1 onion - chopped (small)
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1 can sliced mushrooms - drained (4 ounce can)
-1/2 cup shredded American cheese
