| | Directions | | Greased 9 x 13 pan, 1 layer of noodles. Mix cottage cheese, seasonings, and egg. Place 1/2 mix on noodles, 1/2 Monterrey cheese, 1/2 spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, cover with Prego sauce, top with more Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting. |
