| Directions | Pound steak with a meat mallet. Cut steak in strips 2 to 2 1/2 inch widths, place onion on strips; roll, jelly roll style. Wrap bacon around and fasten with toothpicks to keep meat from opening. Place in casserole dish with a lid. Mix soup with milk and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with mushrooms or onion. Place lid on casserole and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Can also use a tenderize steak and not use bacon. |
