ROUND STEAK CASSEROLE - Recipe

Directions
Pound steak with a meat mallet. Cut steak in strips 2 to 2 1/2 inch widths, place onion on strips; roll, jelly roll style. Wrap bacon around and fasten with toothpicks to keep meat from opening. Place in casserole dish with a lid. Mix soup with milk and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with mushrooms or onion. Place lid on casserole and bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Can also use a tenderize steak and not use bacon.

-1 round steak, depending on size needed
-2 chopped onions
-6 bacon strips, depending as many you like
-1 can mushroom soup
-1/2 can milk
-1 can mushrooms (optional) (small can)
